1. What is Moblr ?
Moblr is a mobile video community. You can access Moblr either through your PC or your mobile phone, by simply entering the www.moblr.com url into your browser. You just need an active Internet connection. Videos shown on Moblr have been submitted by Moblr members, they have been shot either through a camera phone or any other device that allows video capture. It is free to publish your videos. On Moblr users can view all videos (no membership required) comment and rate videos (members only) publish their own videos (members only) . Becoming a member is free.

Either will do. The mobile and PC sites are different in layout (due to screen size optimization), but essentially equivalent in terms of functionalities. The platform will automatically detect what type of connection is used (PC or mobile) and deliver an optimized version.

From a PC simply input the site url into your browser http://www.moblr.com/
From a mobile phone:
- if you have mobile Internet access by entering the url http://www.moblr.com/ into your mobile browser
- From your mobile operator portal, use the search function and enter the key word Moblr in the search engine
- In selected countries you can text the word MOBLR to an sms short code, and receive an access path directly into your mobile (please check on the Moblr web site if your Moblr offers this service in your country)
4. How to watch videos?
From your PC you need a recent version of the Adobe's Flash player (please click here to download one http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/ ) . You need a video compatible phone to view videos on your phone.
Return5. How to publish / upload a video on Moblr?
To publish a video you must first become a member. Registration is Free and Easy
From your PC click on the « Publish » menu and follow instructions. You will be able to upload almost any file format, give a title to your video, describe and tag it in a very simple and effective manner. Uploaded files are converted into 3GP format to allow viewing on a mobile phone, resulting in some loss of quality due to compression.
From your mobile phone via MMS or mobile e-mail. Send your video to in@moblr.com entering as subject the mobile phone number you have used for registration (preferably in international format eg. Starting with 00)
6. How to erase a video?
The only videos you can erase are those that you have uploaded. Go to the « Profile » Menu (after entering your Login and password) click on the video you wish to erase and then click on the erase button.

You can upload Your videos. Do not upload copyrighted material or videos for which you do not own the Intellectual property.

Moblr is a mobile video community. Videos are meant to be viewed primarily on a mobile phone. To allow this we use the most common compression algorithm available for mobile video (3GP format) which results on some quality loss. The better the source video (lighting, editing,:) the better the result !
